The simulation Flaming Sword is designed to create a highly complex scenario of managing many projects simultaneously. Participants are challenged into creating a real case scenario and plan several projects. The seminar is about strategy and tactics, movements and ‘checks’, risk avoidance and quick action.

This is a simulation based on a large military operation: the historic event of D’day – 6th June 1944, which was characterized by speed and complexity (unforeseen issues).
